- Decision on handling of the corporation number sequences for each new entity type. Do we use the COLIN sequences, or create new ones in the Lab? @argush3 @vysakh-menon @lekshmimallika-aot
Confirmed with Thor in standup today that we need to use COLIN sequences for ULC, CCC and BC.
Removing blocked label.
@Mihai-QuickSilverDev @yuisotozaki when generating the legal name for numbered ULC/CCC/BC, what should this look like?
For BENs, we currently create a legal name in this format - "0871203 B.C. LTD."
Something like this?
ULC -> 0871203 B.C. ULC. CCC -> 0871203 B.C. CCC. BC -> 0871203 B.C. LTD.
Here are examples from COLIN. I suggest we follow these up.
- 1052663 B.C. UNLIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
- 1052664 B.C. COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD.
- 1052560 B.C. LTD.
Ok, I will use these. Thanks @Mihai-QuickSilverDev
I've been able to test that CCC, ULC and BC LTD IA filings can be processed to completion.
Waiting for FE work to complete before this can be fully tested. The main issue is that the incorporation agreement block being passed by the FE is not passing schema validation for BC LTD and ULCs. CCC goes through fine.
@riyazuddinsyed this can be tested by selecting the "custom incorporation agreement" option wherever there are two incorporation agreements in the UI. If the "sample incorporation agreement" option is selected, the schema validation error will block the IA submission.
