@PatrickAHeath Hi Patrick, because the Names application are fully in operational support mode, I think that these type of tickets should go to the SRE team first. Their investigation/work is going to be two fold: 1. Addressing the immediate need of the user, as applicable. 2. Addressing the root cause of the issue. At this step they will make a determination if a code change would be required, which might require the involvement of the Entities team. I have attached the SRE label to this ticket, and will get in touch with the SRE Dev on Ops duty first thing Monday morning. @pwei1018 @ozamani9gh @sarahelz19
@pwei1018 @rarmitag @eve-git I think we need to create a priority ticket for someone to look at NameExamination Builds in DEV using openshift.
