  • [ ] verify and create new tickets as appropriate
    • entity info header
    • buttons that are conditionally displayed / disabled
    • change button
    • business summary button
    • other filings in here (COA, COD, corrections, etc) -- these are future but have a look at the code anyway
    • anything else ...
