Modernization next phase will require a forms inventory and updates will be required

  • [ ] Complete an inventory of forms
  • [ ] Confirm requirements with Entities team s
  • [ ] Confirm Forms for mailing or online only
  • [ ] Confirm priority of release (to identify priority forms requirements)
  • [ ] Develop templates ongoing - in readiness
  • [ ] Schedule review for business/entities
