• [x] take this opportunity to get rid of enable-sp-gp-dba feature flag as it is now obsolete
• [x] verify/fix "business name" for numbered CCC/ULC/BC (LTD) corps in My Business Registry table (depends on #14183)
• [x] verify/fix "delete incorporation application" modal for CCC/ULC/BC (LTD)
• [x] display NR type in My Business Registry table for CCC/ULC/BC (LTD)
