UI - Qualified supplier transfer resume functionality issue

GIVEN I want to resume a draft transfer WHEN I open my draft transfer THEN I view my previous work from the draft transfer
Current Behavior:
- [x] When a user deletes one of the existing home owner and saves the draft, then when the draft transfer is resumed the deleted owner is displayed in all the groups, and an additional Group gets added to the table.
- [x] When a user adds a new owner to the table and saved the draft, then when the draft is resumed, the existing owner gets deleted automatically and also displays owner without deleting (same state):
@cameron-eyds When the existing owners are deleted or new owner added to the existing groups/without groups and the changes were saved, then when the draft is resumed to see the changes and continue, the changes were not applied to the draft and it is in the original state: Please take a look, thanks!!
Current behavior: Reg No: 150274, New owner is added and saved:
Same applies to Deleted state as well.
- Deleting the draft from the UI is not functioning as expected. When the user clicks on the delete button, the draft still stays on the UI.
@chdivyareddy Can't keep with the changes sorry, was working during development! Will have a look at the first scenario!
The second scenario was a bug introduced by the Parent Child sorting of Draft Filings, not sure the ticket # but please inquire with Charles.
