~100 Stuck PAD payment due to CAS bug

ToDo:

  • [ ] Dev to create notebook to call CAS and check for payment complete
  • [ ] Dev to review list of payments to confirm if any have been charged (using API call to CAS)
  • [ ] Travis to pull email list (or supply query to myself/Janis) for any that haven't been charged
  • [ ] Team to draft email and send notice that money will be taken in 30 days
  • [ ] At specified date, CAS to take payment (ideally after 30 days notice)

As discussed last week, there are just over 100 PAD payments going back to March. I’m not sure what information you need to investigate these transactions and whether its ok to go ahead and pull the payments (if you need more information please let me know I will see what I can find).

I've uploaded a PR for this, it's partially complete.. was hoping perhaps someone from OPS could finish it off.

It's in the ops-support repo.

If not i'll get back to this after the currency issue.

I've built a Jupyter notebook that can look at four sources of information for transactions and combine them:

  1. Pay-DB
  2. Auth-DB - for Membership / contacts for the org.
  3. CFS
  4. Feedback from CFS through the csv files

I've sent the output file over to John for some analysis.
