UI DESIGN - Checklist - To Do list for MHR Search Pilot (Client search go-live)

Search Outputs (Outputs will be used - need complete and valid outputs)

  • [ ] Update Registration Details pane (add Reg and Doc IDs, status > Active, Exempt, Historical)

  • [ ] Update display of Home Tenancy Type for all types

  • [ ] *No Tenancy - display No Tenancy properly

  • Sole executor: Tenancy type = Y, show as "sole owner"

  • Multiple executors that would otherwise be Joint Tenants: Tenancy type = N, do not show tenancy

  • Groups and tenants in common: TBD

  • Can Sharon mock up a complex situation (e.g. multiple groups, one group transfers to multiple executors) in BCOL TEST and send us the output? Resolution: Group tenancy type is displaying confusingly in legacy output it will not be displayed in the first version of the Modernized outputs (whether it is to be displayed in the future is TBD)

  • [ ] Ask Ali to expose logic from no tenancy -> Outputs

  • [ ] *Location - check that it is displaying properly for all location types and data - Tracey to check with Doug

  • [ ] Check that postal code is not displayed incorrectly

  • [ ] Change section title to "Description of Manufactured Home"

  • [ ] Do the ticket for handling PPR search result header and body separation (keep with next)

  • [ ] *Unit notes - need to be validated that they are displaying properly - need samples in old and new system of all unit notes types to confirm, need list of all unit note types - Patrick has a list - Doug to check and send to Scott Resolution: Unit notes are known - the requirements and design are final - we need a ticket to implement the design and rules

  • [ ] Add Registration Number and Doc ID to unit notes if they apply

  • [ ] Policy and Legal review of Outputs

  • [ ] Check that watermark is official seal in prod

Payment

  • [ ] *Confirm we enabled payment for BCOL accounts (i.e. draw-down) & PAD account - end to end (e.g., it shows up in the account transaction history with the correct labelling, amount, date, etc.)
  • [ ] *Confirm we did payment error handling for BCOL accounts & PAD account - works for PPR, need to check for MHR

My Asset Registries / My MHR Dashboard

  • [ ] Search Outputs for MHR not showing in Dev - why?
  • [ ] Ensure views of the dashboard display correctly for all Pilot User types (MHR-only, Assets, MHR Search-Only, Manufacturers, Qualified Suppliers) or message pilot users about what is displayed.

Updates to BCROS home:

  • [ ] Design and Implement MHR tile
  • [ ] Move MHR search to Reg account
  • [ ] add badge Closed BETA,

  • [ ] Need to have a plan for how to update pilot user accounts after pilot is complete and MHR account types are rolled out.

  • [ ] Check with Thor & relationships - what is the best solution to enable just one user from a single BCeID to view MHR w/o everyone else in the org viewing it? - Not needed - solution is to ask D&D to create another account for piloting purposes

  • [ ] MHR Search Only user exists, but MHR only views do not

@forgeuxGH5 @mstanton1 - I crossed out all the items in the other Output ticket already. For the remaining ones listed under Outputs above we should discuss and see which leftover items may also need tickets (I wasn't sure what some of them were for)

Thanks @LizGovier @forgeuxGH5 for the recent review. I verified the watermark and that TEST doesn't appear in the footer.
