UI - Transfer of ownership - Cannot add/edit Home Owners

GIVEN I am an MHR Qualified User for a new transfer WHEN I navigate to the MHR table and I click on the "Open" button AND clicks on the Add a person/Organization/Edit button and navigate back to the dashboard by clicking on the Cancel button WHEN I navigate to the MHR table and I click on the "Open" button to file transfer again THEN the Add a Person/Organization/Edit buttons should not be hidden

• [x] When a user selects a registration to file a transfer and clicks on Add a Person/Organization and navigates to the Dashboard by clicking on the 'Cancel' button without adding any details when the modal is open, and tries to file a transfer again by selecting the registration, then the Add a person/organization & edit buttons are hidden.
