UI - Error modals when clicking Save and Resume

GIVEN I have clicked on the Save and Resume button WHEN The draft cannot successfully save (i.e. unable to save draft) THEN I see a pop-up modal according to design THEN If user clicks OK in the modal, close the modal and keep the user on the current screen so they can try to save again

@chdivyareddy - please test to make sure the "Unable to Save Draft Registration" modal appears when there is an error saving the draft. I am not able to test this. Modal design link at the top of this ticket.
@owillborn , I tried few scenarios in DEV to test the 'Unable to Save Draft Registration' and 'Unable to complete Registration' modals, but couldn't see those. If possible, can you please help me in reproducing them in the local env, thanks! cc @tlebedovich
