Historical / Exempt Handling QS cannot transfer exempt homes - need Exempt home handling QS can/cannot transfer historical homes? - need Historical home handling Design Ticket: #13866
Active business check Is incorporation status checked by the system? If a home owner is a BC business, for current registered owners the incorporated entity must have been active on the Corporate Register at the time the bill of sale was signed. Future owners must be in active status at the time of registration. We have a ticket to do this in Registration. Not done yet.
Lien Check Liens that block transfer: Family Maintenance Enforcement Act, Family Relations Act, BC Second Mortgage, Land Tax Deferment Act. Design Ticket: #13864

Tenants in Common Handling BCOL cannot transfer TC if not all tenants selling - do we follow this or do we allow it (current design / implementation allows it)
Bill of Sale BCOL requires input of Bill of Sale witness information - we do not collect witness information - we confirm that Bill of Sales is signed and witnessed (checkbox). Is this still our plan of record?
Authority to act on behalf of the registered owner Do we need more than the current confirmation statement/checkbox (BCOL requires more)
Owners - Allow ungrouping Ungroup owners to all changing of Tenants in Common to Sole owner or Joint Tenants Needs design
Tenancy/Ownership for Executors/Trustees Update ownership table to handle Executors/Trustees - do we allow Qualified Suppliers to enter this? Current BCOL does not handle this - only staff can transfer homes with Executors/Trustees Needs design
Saving Exception handling (list scenarios) - e.g, close browser, leave page, etc. Confirm these are handled in UXA

Notifications Do we need notifications e.g., of Transfer. Who gets documents and how? Anyone?
Outputs Titles Order Badges - currently not displayed - do we want to display them? Deleted owners not show - OK? Compare output labels to new labels (differences?)

Confirmation of correct location and ownership – needed? checkbox Indicate transfer to beneficiary or not (why?) If transfer is to beneficiary – beneficiary must be included in the transfer or notified
