UI - Step 3 - Address Lookup for Home Owners
GIVEN I am BC Registries Staff with the keycloak group Assets_Staff WHEN I am in the Manufactured Home Registration step 3 and click 'Add a Person' or 'Add an Organization' THEN 'Add a Person' or 'Add an Organization' section opens up and collects persons name, address and multiple groups of owners AND the address lookup is using the Canada Post address lookup

Thanks @dimak1 for sorting this out and making this ticket - however I am going to pull it out of the sprint backlog as it's not strictly necessary for current sprint goals. Will include in a future sprint. Also, can this be merged with #12837 or does it make sense to keep them separate?

@RFK250 Can we prioritize this ticket, as it is blocking to file an MHR registration when a Country other than Canada is selected, the postal code is not validated, thanks!!
OR would you like me to create a new bug ticket? As it is blocking both Submitting party & Home Owners step
@chdivyareddy Is this issue what's blocking us from submitting registrations? Regardless, I would say make a bug ticket. The validation needs to be ignored for non-Canada addresses, regardless of whether or not the lookup is in place.

@chdivyareddy doing some backlog clean-up / review to understand what is pending. Do you have a bug ticket for this? Do we need both the bug and this to be tackled?
@mstanton1 #13931 is the bug ticket, I think yes, we do need both. The bug is related to changing the address from Canada to Non-Canada and vice versa - Postal code validation.
Similar to ticket #13931, since we fixed the initial issue with validation, it is very difficult to reproduce this bug. I tested and am able to switch between countries and validation is correct.
@ChasBoucher from my read of this ticket and notes it is focused on implementing the Canada Post address lookup. Can you confirm if that is already in place? If so I believe this can be closed. cc @dimak1 @chdivyareddy
