Express view of MH registrations
User Story
As a staff user, I want to be able to rapidly view a single, known manufactured home registration PDF (or would just the data be acceptable?) (i.e. in as few clicks, keystrokes and/or screens as possible) by its MH number so I can work more efficiently.
Description
In the legacy system, staff could rapidly navigate to a field where they could enter a MH #, hit Enter, and then the PDF would display automatically (needs to be validated - Patrick says they see the green screen data which includes history) (assuming it was a valid exact match). Currently in the new system, a greater number of keystrokes and mouse clicks are required to obtain the same information.
Requirements
- Once logged in, staff users can view MH PDFs (or perhaps just an HTML view would suffice - may depend on use case, need to check) in the same number of keystrokes + mouseclicks as - or less than - the current legacy system.
- Include lien information by default if it exists
Questions
- What if they want to see the historical owners as well?
- What is the use case? Are they trying to print out the PDF for example?

@forgeuxGH5 @tlebedovich do you have background on what is being asked for here? From my read it sounds like a separate design or flow being requested for staff. I don't see a design. Sounds like we could tag as enhancement and review afterwards?
@mstanton1 @forgeuxGH5 - as far as I know we have not designed the ability for staff to view the entire history of an MHR registration in one place. Currently they will only have access on their dashboard to view the initial registration plus the table would show any net new "child" filings as line items for additional filings as separate line items in the table under that MHR number. Staff do not have the ability to view a screen or PDF that shows the full history of an MHR including any liens.
