Add Certified Document Option in MHR Search
Given I am staff completing a MHR Search When I complete a MHR Search or combo search for a client Then I want the ability to select certified output at a $25.00 fee And the output is generated with a certified stamp
**Note: Certified outputs are currently offered in PPR so this should be similar. Key differences are that payment uses a modal for PPR but a screen in MHR and there is a minor change in the wording of the stamp.

MHR Certified Copy wording: CERTIFIED COPY of a document filed with the Province of British Columbia Registrar of Manufactured Homes Signature T.K. SPARKS

Potential tasks 1. Add certification option in staff payment block
2. Create certification block for Manufactured Homes. Note, PPR certification stamp should be used but the words Personal Property should be updated to Manufactured Homes
3. Update to apply certified stamp on outputs when Certification is selected

Darn. I can create one now. Is this something that might take a while. Any chance getting this before you're on holiday or do you think we should pull the API work from sprint for now @forgeuxGH5
I'm not sure if identical but PPR Payment Dialog has a checkbox option to ask for a certified copy, somewhere in the UI. That being said, in MHR we don't have the Payment Information captured in a dialog but on the review step itself. Just at a quick glance!
@forgeuxGH5 @cameron-eyds thank you! I've created the UI Design ticket and linked it. Given the report change is very much in line with PPR I will keep that in this sprint but we won't be ready to pick up UI ticket 13048 until the designs are ready. Goal is to include this in the next PI:)
