Namerequest UI: invalid URL when returning from PAD payment

Steps to reproduce:

  1. login and use an account with payment method PAD
  2. go to Namerequest UI (and confirm the account is correct)
  3. enter new NR information
  4. click Review and Confirm, then click Continue to Payment

Expected: 5. after background payment, you are returned to a Name Request page and the URL is valid, eg:

The URL parameters for NR id, etc are missing. The user cannot refresh this page as usual to see the updated NR.

Workaround: The user has to search for their NR.

Notes:

  • This also doesn't work correctly when staff are creating a NR.
  • I believe the URL parameters are correct during the final redirection but then they are cleared for some reason.

In namerequest, the URL with payment ID was redirected after Confirm Payment.

After investigation, I found that Namerequest has different url after different payments. CC payment will return correct url to NameRequest but PAD and other payments will not.
