Geomark API Console update

Review and update /geomarks/new within the Geomark API console.

API Console

Objective of API console is to have each section execute successfully with default values defined in the associated OpenAPI 3.0 JSON file.

User experience:

1. Expand relevant section of API console
2. Click 'Try it out' button
3. Scroll down and click 'Execute' button
4. Review response and modify default values if required

If possible, link to the API console from the Geomark web application. Allow administrators to update this link via the Geomark admin app.
