Support for RFC 3447 (RSAES-OAEP - 2.1)

According to docs, RSAES-OAEP v 2.0 is implemented. Is there any plan to support v2.1 for RSAES-OAEP. Since most implementation (Including web crypto api) uses it, It is not possible to use this library if other programs are involved

This issue is important to be able to write interoperable app. It would be great if this could be addressed soon!
