Make SHA3Digest implement SavableDigest

When working on large files, it would be great to be able to pause and/or resume based on state obtained so far.

Therefore, it would be great, if org.bouncycastle.crypto.digests.SHA3Digest would implement the org.bouncycastle.crypto.SavableDigest interface.

Just for curiosity: in org.bouncycastle.crypto.digests.LongDigest , why do you not mention SavableDigest , but list its ingredients ?
