Incorrect determination of expire date

In case of removing expiration date for earlier published public key expire date is being determined incorect. Example: for this public key method org.bouncycastle.openpgp.PGPPublicKey.getValidSeconds() must return 0, but returns 1141783116. IMO, the reason is in this block which was added with this commit.

RFC 4880 has a notice about such situtation. For our case, there is no conflict and last signature (with "never expired") should be used.
