signatures only provide long key ID instead of full fingerprint

Signatures created by some versions of bcpg appear not to include the signature key‘s fingerprint. To query some key servers however (foremost keys.openpgp.org), the fingerprint is required since the key id doesn‘t suffice.

Generally using fingerprints should be the new default.
