input padding obscured email address placeholder

The previous padding-top on .input-lg was 18px. This cut short the email address placeholder in Ubuntu 13.10 Firefox 28.0 . A lesser amount of padding seems to be working across both Firefox and chrome (10px, or less).

thanks for the PR, I actually prefer this to be fixed in the app css files rather than flatly.css The number one reason will be that anytime we switch to another template(design in bootstrap), the changes will be gone.
