Replaces V/ and R/

Like with the replacement of ae with æ it would be cool if V/ was replace with ℣ and R/ was replaced with ℟.

[vra]/. should already be getting replaced by V/. Which chant has these that isn't working? Let me know and I should be able to fix it pretty easily.

I was just doing some hand transcription using the tool. And typed V/ and it stayed like that.
