mikrotik-dhcp should warn when pools are full

Be nice to have a summary at the top, say

server	range	pool size	active	free/inactive
dchp101:	pool101: 192.168.0.100-192.168.0.199	100	15	85
	statics:	15	10	5
dhcp201:	pool201: 10.0.0.100-192.168.0.149	50	35	15

Separately would be nice to have a number saying how many rows are currently displayed.
