Updatable MediaPlayer Settings

📺 What Allows for updating of MediaPlayer settings on an existing instance, similar to DashJS.

🛠 How Handles our extensions to settings and passes the rest to Dash. Only for MSE Strategy - will simply do nothing for other strategies.
