[REQUEST] nvidia only mode by integrating with NVX

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I noticed that envycontrol does not work for switching to NVIDIA only mode in Wayland environment due to some mess of NVIDIA devs.

nvidia-exec is used for switching GPU to NVIDIA in a Wayland environment by running nvx on (if I remember well).

Could be a good idea integrating nvidia-exec on envycontrol for managing also the NVIDIA only mode in Wayland?
