Custom zoom factor on Elipsa

Hi, I'm using Plato on the Elipsa 1 and I cannot set a custom PDF zoom factor. No pinch to zoom nor zoom bar. Am I missing something? The only way I can zoom is by cropping, but if I'm reading a large schematic for example, I'd like to pan and zoom as in the standard Kobo app (that has it's fair amount of problems...)

As mentioned in the manual, diagonal spreads and pinches should trigger the custom zoom mode (please note that zooming isn't interactive and only occurs at the end of the gesture). You can try to perform these gestures in the Touch Events application and see if they register as such.
