I'm surprised the Quick Switcher (being a core plugin) does not use `getLinkSuggestions()`. Is that a bug or something that should be fixed in that plugin?

`briefcase` could be a nice pun. Plays on the idea of packing (Web_pack_). And the setup it affords should be very _brief_.
