Snapshot not support resume download

1.3TB snapshots is too big, Sometime will download interrupt when network unstable, But cannot continue download again

i use wget -c which is resume able i even rebooted the vm for another reason and was able to resume download with wget

this was my exact command, i am download full node snapshot for sepolia testnet

wget -c --show-progress "$(curl -s https://sepolia-full-snapshots.base.org/latest | xargs -I {} echo "https://sepolia-full-snapshots.base.org/{}")"
