Making settings permanent

Having trouble making the settings permanent. For example I have to redo my setting to use natural scrolling every time I reboot the system.

Is there a way to make the settings permanent?

I am not sure what you are referring to when you say "natural scrolling". That said, this project does not contain any settings. Whatever settings you are referring to must be controlled outside of this project. If you want to provide more detailed info about what you are trying to do, maybe I can suggest something, but nothing in this project resets after a reboot, and as already mentioned, there are no externally stored "settings".
