do not handle uploads on admin panel

Currently, this plugin will impact a few of the upload options in the Admin panel. Specifically the Site Logo Image and the og:image. The only way to upload those two image files to the sites web server instead of imgur is to disable the imgur plugin.

I'd recommend making it so this plugin only impacts uploads on posts and not for the admin panel.
