I found this check using ruby: https://github.com/xlucas/heartbleed/blob/master/src/run.rb If someone wants (know how) to implement this in the scanner this will be great :)
So, apparently the ability to force client renegotiation isn't yet implanted as of 2.1.5, I opened an issue and hope that it will be resolved soon. https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/10519
