Build issue with gradle 8.1.1

Describe the bug App build is not working with gradle 8.1.1 and API 34

I getting error

Faced the same error with gradle 8.1.1 exactly.

if (agpMajorVersion >= 7 && agpMinorVersion >= 3) { only works for 8.3+, not 8.1.1.

https://github.com/bamlab/react-native-image-resizer/pull/407 should be considered to merge.
