Where can I help with translation?

I noticed some Errors in the German Translation. I really like this project since I gave up (2 times) setting up a xmpp prosody server because it was too much effort. I would love to see this grow and would like to help you make it better. Where can I help you translate? I didn't see anything in the Readme.
