Enable and document handling for individual CLAs

Our intention here is to enable individual CLAs being signed by each employee of the "Basler Versicherungen AG" instead of having the necessity for (heavyweight) corporate CLAs for (e.g. smaller) community contributions.

In my opinion we should

  • [ ] get the feedback / approval of the legal department
  • [ ] extend it to as many media types (source code, pictures, comments, ..) as possible
  • [ ] get the approval / signature of an executive member
  • [ ] add skeletons for the other Baloise Group members

    • cla-de_BE.md
