:bug: fix(nav | popup): Backdrop closes in Safari

Current Behavior

We've noticed, that the backdrops for the open popups in the navigation disappears when scrolling via touchpad in Safari.

Expected Behavior

The backdrop should not be closing when scrolling via touchpad

Steps to Reproduce

1. open any nav popup in safari
2. use touchpad to scroll own

This is only happening in Safari
