Discard Changes on a new file wipes out work

steps

1. make a bunch of changes across several existing files.
2. add a new file.
3. from Changes, right-click on the new file and select Discard Changes.

problem

1. the changes are discarded without confirmation.
2. the changes from the all existing files are discarded.
3. the changes from the new file is not discarded.

expectation

1. destructive operations from GUI should require confirmation, since it's much easier to make mistakes via mouse/touch.
2. the changes from the existing files are not discarded.
3. the changes from the new file is discarded.

note

I used 1.0 and 1.0.3 to test.

And how about a Discard ALL button??? Hard to manually discard 100 files by right-clicking... FAIL
