feat: add configuration option for a workout name prefix

Adds a WORKOUT_PREFIX config parameter to prefix all workout names. This is useful if one wants to easily spot workouts from Wahoo SYSTM on their calendar, or simply filter workouts from Wahoo SYSTM. I personally set it to Wahoo SYSTM. In this example the original workout name is Primers:
