Is there a way to use this in my app without a Chinese phone number? i was trying to register on the baidu platform but my number does not work. and is there a way to send a wav file for recogniztion through this SDK ?

I have registered with an oversea account but when i want to register an app and get a key to the SDK it still again asks me to add a phone number and only a Chinese number is excepted
