8.4.7. layering violations

Hi! I'm posting one issue per comment I find, I hope it's fine...

While "answering" to objection 8.4.7. “It has layering violations”, it would be helpful to at least hint at where this alleged violation happens and what is the extent of the violation. Otherwise the non-expert may lack the tools to understand the quarrel.
