Add option to retweet certain tweets with another account

This is more of an enhancement. Basically, occasionally there's tweets that come up on my timeline that I would like to be able to retweet on another one of my accounts that isn't following said account. I would like a context menu option that would allow me to retweet a tweet, but from another one of the accounts I have configured with corebird.
