[WIP][DONOTMERGE]: add Endpoint to be used for setting up ingress network for PVC data transfer
Describe what this PR does This PR creates an endpoint package for a collection of implementations that can be used to allow traffic into a namespace of a cluster for PVC data transfer.
This will be followed up by other packages, a transport (tunneling implementations) and a transfer (implementation for PVC data servers and client). The overall usage is in here
This PR has an example commit which has to be removed before merging.

Hi @alaypatel07. Thanks for your PR.
I'm waiting for a backube member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
