Steps and units

Create a dilemma of units - that is for the historical reasons. Movements of the turtle should match real units (metric) and not a weird fraction. But of course existing projects have to be kept valid. So the idea is to create an option for a project whether the steps are interpreted as historical or metric (or even imperial) units (and get saved with the project setting)
