Does not responds back when unlocking device

Chat heads remain there in the screen when unlocking the device, but I cant open them or move them until I return to Paper. Using an iPhone 5s on iOS 7.0.4

Yep, happening to me also. You can also remove them by closing the app (either in the multitasking bar or any preferred way of closing apps on your own)

Removing them is fine, that's what's supposed to happen. If you kill the Paper (or Facebook) process the Chat Heads go away.

I'll look into the freezing though...

Oh yes of course it should happen, as expected, I was just suggesting that action to remove those frozen chatheads.
