Unable to insert/update page

After downloading the source files and trying to work with it, after entering the administrator region and go to the Edit page for existing list and trying to change the data, after pressing on the save button at the right top side I have message "Successfully Saved" but my data not changed!

I try also to Add new page content so I enter the required fields and after pressing the save button I have an error always showed below:

The Title field is required.

The Content field is required.

Please I need to fix it quickly, need help.

Also I have an question : how to make the language prefix (e.g:en) show in the URL?
