Next.JS?

I think Next.JS should be added to the list, and I was about to fork the repo and add it myself but I don't think it really fits into any of the existing categories (Not MVC, and not quite Full Stack either). Should I add it to "Other libraries" or maybe we could even create a "Universal Javascript Frameworks" category?
