Upgrade to @aws-sdk v3

Hi there!

Is it possible to upgrade aws-lambda library to start using aws-sdk V3?

I'd also love the move to aws sdk v3 - v2 is going into maintenance mode.

You might not need this package at all. If you are just looking for aws-types types then the package is @types/aws-lambda.

The package published by this repo is a CLI for deploying lambdas and hasn't been updated in three years.
