add support for nodes managed by Spot Ocean

Description of changes: Nodes managed by Spot Ocean have different labels to distinguish between on-demand and spot instances. Labels in docs: https://docs.spot.io/ocean/features/labels-and-taints?id=spotinstionode-lifecycle Also fixed some typos in node_test.go.
