Which service(s) is this request for? EKS

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard? Currently with the ubuntu 20.04 lts eks ami cgroupsv2 need to be turned on manually in grub, kubectl-eks driver has to be set to systemd, and containerd has to be configured

Are you currently working around this issue? Via ansible playbooks that wait until nodes come up -> configure -> reboot
