Description of changes: Updated the configuration section of the ReadMe.md for JetBrains Rider and included a new screenshot. The previous hints were not longer accurate.

Hi @wralph thanks for the change. can you rebase it on top of dev branch and change the pr to point to there please? you dont need a change file for this change
