Tell us about your request Provide support for PHP 8.2. PHP 8.2 was released over 1 year ago (1 year 4 months) and is still not supported by App Runner. Active support for PHP 8.1 ends in just 4 months. For production use, we expect the platform to provide timely support for major releases.
Describe alternatives you've considered When building from code, there is no managed support for this. The only option is PHP 8.1.

Elastic Beanstalk has just shipped support for PHP 8.2 https://github.com/aws/elastic-beanstalk-roadmap/issues/250
Can this please be applied to App Runner.
PHP 8.3 has now been released https://www.php.net/releases/8.3/en.php
When will this be ready? We're in a holding pattern with a major framework migration due to this. We don't want to be forced into re-tooling to image deployments.
